We want you to feel confident in every swing, which is why we offer a 30-day trial period on all Stix equipment. If you aren't completely satisfied with your performance on the course, we make the return and exchange process simple and hassle-free.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to begin the process.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place your clubs or apparel in the original shipping box to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship out your new gear.
